Which methods of payments can I use?
You can use a whole range of payment methods to complete your purchase from Predator Fitness online. These methods include popular options such as Paypal and all major Credit/Debit cards amount others.

Has my order been sent yet?
Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you an email just to let you know that the courier is on it's way to collect your item and prepare it for delivery to your specified address.

Part of my order is missing
Occasionally we may need to send your order in separate packages for various reasons. However in the instance we will let you know via email what items to expect in each package and when. That way you can always be sure to know exactly where your items are.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?
We have a range of delivery options for customers to take advantage of. We offer standard shipping on domestic orders for £2.49 per order and what's better it's FREE for all domestic orders over £50. This option takes between 3 and 5 working days. Need it in a hurry or would like some extra delivery benefits then our 1-3 working day fully express option is for you. Available on all domestic orders for £5.99. Outside the U.K? No problem our standard shipping ships worldwide in 7-9 working days and costs just £5.99. Or Our worldwide express shipping is available for £9.99 and delivers items in 3-5 working days across the globe.

Can I track my order?
If you have opted to choose our express shipping we will email you with a link to follow your item on it's journey to you. This option provides regular updates from the from point of collection at our warehouse until it is delivered to your door.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
From time to time accidents can occur and in the instance we send you the wrong item the please get in touch and send us an email containing your order number the item you are missing along with the item you have received by mistake. We will take care of the rest and get the problem resolved in the shortest time possible.
